3 Week Rapid Weight Loss Journal (Starting 7/16)
Hey everyone!
Today is my first day on the 3 week rapid weight loss diet. I am going to update this everyday to let everyone know my progress (hopefully!). So here is my information:
I also plan to exercise 6 days a week for at least an hour....If anyone has any suggestions or comments or questions please feel free to post! Thanks and have a wonderful day![/b]
