Were results seen right away? |
|
|
Hello to all,
I am brand new to Weight Loss Forums and I have some questions about Lipovarin. I have been taking it since Wed. June 6th but I have not since many results. I have not weighed in yet but before I started I weighed 191.2 and I am trying to get down to 165. I have started going to the gym four time a week now and I feel great but I still have not seen results in my body. I am planing on weighing myself every two weeks but I was just wondering if any of you that have had results with Lipovarin saw results right away in your body or if it took awhile. Thank you for looking at my forum and if you have any comments or tips please let me know. Thank you very much and congrats to all who have been successful with there weight loss. |

| Jake--What diet are you following? That has to do with 85% of your weight loss. Great job on going to the gym though! I didn't start really losing until I cleaned up my diet. |

| I really am not following a specific diet. Should I be? I am eating well and my new trainer said that I should drop about 500 calories from the normal 2000 to help. But I am still eating health and no fast food or anything like that. Do you have any suggestions? |

Good, 1500 calories a day is not too low. I'd only suggest that you eat most of your good carbs earlier in the day to burn them off and then just protein and veggies for the rest of the day. You'll lose faster that way.
What results have you seen from going to the gym? Are you losing inches, having more energy, etc...? |

| Sorry been busy. I have been good I went to the gym today an weighed in and found out that I lost 2.2 pounds in the last two weeks, which is ok but more is better. It will just take time I guess. I feel that I have lost more inches than weight is that possible? My work pants are fitting looser and I feel like I look thinner but the scale doesn't show it. Tips or comments? |

Hey Jake!
Muscle always weighs more than fat. It is very possible you have lost more fat, and that is why your pants fit better, but the scale doesn't show it. One way to see results is to measure your waist, and then check it every week or two. That way if you don't see a big loss in lbs, you can see a loss in inches. Just keep working out. The more muscle you build, the higher your metabolism, and the fat will be burned off. |

Your doing great, Jake! Heck, I'd rather lose inches than weight any day. If I could weigh what I weigh right now but be 2 sizes smaller, I wouldn't care one bit.
I understand if your still concerned about the weight coming off. Have you started limiting the carbs and eating more protein and veggies later in the day? It's made a big difference for me. |

| It sounds like a great idea to limit carbs at the end of the day and eat more protein and veggies so I will try it, heck I am willing to try anything, so thanks for the tip. As to the common knowledge that muscle weighs more than fat, I believe that it has some myth to it. Is it not rue that a pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle? My trainer was talking to me about it and I think it is that muscle takes up more space than weight does. I could be wrong but my trainer was telling me this so I don't know? But thanks to all for your tips. |

| Yes, a pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle, but so does a pound of feathers and bricks. The thing to keep in mind is that one square inch of bricks is going to weigh more than one square inch of feathers, and I beleive it is the same with fat and muscle. Muscle weighs more, so even when you don't lose weight, if you have replaced one pound of fat with one pound of muscle, it will not take up as much space, and that is why you will feel and look thinner! Just keep going! Being healthy is the greatest reward and the only one I want! |
