can drinking water help me lose weight
i have heard from a couple of friends that drinking water...instead of all other juices and drinks can help me lose weight...with some basketball daily and without the diet. i just wanted to know if this was true...i mean...just drinking water...and not changing much else...is this possible to lose weight with just changing what u drink

Don't think so...
In an effort to be healthier overall, I have switched from drinking soda and coffee and replaced all that junk with water. I was hoping that it would help me to lose weight because i heard from a male co-worker that he lost 20 pounds by cutting soda out of his diet completely. Unfortunately, I have been drinking nearly a gallon of water daily for the past 2-3 months and have not noticed any weight loss whatsoever. oh how I wish it were true!!
Actually you would probably be better off drinking some juices. But if you do switch to 100% water, you can lose weight IF you were originally a heavy soda drinker.. Switching from mainly juices to water probably wont have much of an effect.
