Hi! My name is Michelle and I started Trimspa 4 days ago. I was wondering if it is safe to drink alcohol SOMETIMES while taking it. If anyone knows, please let me know. Thank you

I do not know. Usually alcohol it is bad for loosing weight. After drinking even a small amount of whiskey I get the munchies. I would try to avoid alcohol while taking any weight loss pills including Trim Spa.
I also know that beer its bad because it’s very consistent.

Yes, it's safe to drink alcohol with it. I have a drink about every other day and I've had no problems.

But yes, if you are trying to lose weight, alcohol should probably be avoided.

Having a small drink once in a while may even help by reduceing the stress.
