Lipovarin Start July 28th. |
|
|
So YAY! I finally got a bottle of Lipovarin and I started it today. I started with taking only 2 this morning and 2 this afternoon because of some of the posts I've read about side affects. Well I didn't have any major side affects with that so I think I'm find to take 3/3 so I'll do that tomorrow. I plan to only use this one bottle of 150 caps Lipovarin however if it is very affective then I may purchase more. I am going to try my hardest to use Lipovarin as directed and to excersize. I just got a new job so it will be hard since my mornings and afternoons are busy with work. So here we go...
Current weight: 190 lbs
Don't have any body measuring tape so I can't measure my size but I will let you know if I notice my clothes getting baggier.
I'm posting 2 pictures of myself, the first picture is me almost a year ago, I was 205 - 210 lbs and in the second one it's a month old and I'm 195ish. Not much of a difference in the picture. I'll post another picture when I'm done this bottle of Lipovarin so you can see the results, if there are any.

Hey losingtowin,
I am 5'5 and it's been determined that my weight should be 130lbs. I think I look okay for my weight, it's only because I'm a small frame which is fortunate, I guess that just means that I can lose the weight and be thin, but I do need to work on it. My goal is 140lbs which I hope to get to some day. If Lipovarin works for me then I will definetly keep with it, so we'll see. I am taking Apple Cider Vinegar and Conjugated Linoleic Acid(reduces body fat and increases muscle mass) in the evenings with my dinner to help that extra bit. I've been taking those 2 products for awhile now and it takes awhile to start working but it does eventually help with weight loss. Anyways, thanks for the support =) I'll keep you updated...

| WOW! You do look good for 5'5"! I am 5'8" and as of today I weigh 198, but didn't look that good when I was 190! Of course after my baby my tummy got a bit saggier. I am hoping to get down to 150. That was my "heavy" weight in high school, but would love it now. That is also in my healthy range of weight. Good luck! |

Alright so I started on Thursday right, it's been 4 days now that I've been on Lipovarin and nothing! I don't feel anything! I'm actually feeling a little constipated. I don't feel like anything's happening, I don't feel any energy, yet I am really drained in the evening. Ugh! I was really hoping that Lipovarin would help me. Doesn't look that way though.

Update. |
|
|
| Well it's been a week since I started Lipovarin, yesturday and the day before I only took 3 in the morning and missed the 3 in the afternoon because I forgot to bring them to work with me but it's all good. I've been working so much lately I haven't been eating too much. I'm down a few pounds which is nice, finally under 190lbs. It's been a long time since I've seen that! HAHAH! I haven't gone to the gym in awhile because of work and I'm just so exhausted from work. But yeah, a few pounds lost is nice. Even if I just lost 8-10 pounds with this bottle of Lipovarin I'll be happy. |

Hello All,
You may be disappointed in me *sigh*
I haven't been commited to Lipovarin, I kind of gave up but didn't
It's because I noticed that Lipovarin makes me really drousy! I can't handle it when I'm working, I work 2 jobs now and work 12 hour days sometimes but Lipovarin seems to drain me so bad. I feel very little energy. It's a bummer. I took my pills today because I'm not working today. I'm thinkin I'm just not gonna lose anything because I'm not dedicated enough. I would be if they didn't make me so darn sleepy.

dont give up yet |

Dont give up yet!!! Believe me, I know it sounds impossible, but if you exercise at night when you are tired and dont feel like you will have more energy the next day, and you will get a better nights sleep.
Anything you do for 3 weeks becomes habit. I promise. I am a divorced mother of two little boys with a FT job and I am taking online courses pursueing a degree. There is almost no time for anything to be done completely right and timely in my life and some things just have to be sacrificed for others. To date, that has been my body taking the sacrifice. but now I realize I am so unhappy with my physical body that it is bleeding into other areas of my life. I am 5'5 and 175-180. about 2 years ago I was 130-135. I want that back. I started exercising last week and have kept up with it. My biggest mistake is I weigh myself everday. So if I loose nothing I get upset and discouraged. I am going to keep up the healthier eating and exercising and my new bottle of lipovarin for a week then wiegh myself and see.
Exercising really does give you energy. I recommend a video or just walk for an hour at a brisk pace.
Keep going!! |

HOLY CRAP! |

WOW! I was really impressed. Okay so since always I've always gained weight, never lost weight and I am the lightest I've been. In the past year I've lost 20 pounds without even really trying. I can fit into jeans that I never used to be able to before. I'm a size 13/15 depending on the style, I never used to be able to fit those sizes until now. It's still pretty big but you could imagin that I'm stoked since it's the smallest I've been in a really really long time. I'm still losing weight, so I'm even more excited. Lipovarin is helping I suppose, the caffiene really makes me drowsy though, sucks that it has the reverse affect on me, so instead of taking it in the morning and in the afternoon I take it in the afternoon and in the evening. Haha. Hopefully it still works the same, I figure it would just work while I'm sleeping. Anyways, that's all I wanted to say for now, cheers.

making progress! |

Glad to hear it Andrea! congrats!! and keep going.
I am down five pounds and so far have only been succesffuly taking one dose a day as I am a terrible medicine taker and seems to always forget the morning or afternoon, one or the other. But I am not sure if I am just encouraged and finally determined or if it is helping, but either way I am down five pounds!! That makes 10 more and then ten more and then 10 more seems more and more possible!
So far I am extremely pleased with the lipovarin. In the past I have taken Xenadrine RFA & Stacker 2, both with ephedra, back in the day before they ruled it out. I loved the xenadrine, but when I tried it without the ephedra I did not like it, did not have the same effects at all. The stacker 2 made me moody and grouchy. I hate it! It really it funny how they can say all these things about all these products but they really all dont work. I have tried numerous other products. Those patches, green tea extracts, cider vinegar & garlic tablets before meals, everything, but nothing giving me the same effects I had found in the xenadrine.
The lipovarin is better than that so far. I do not get jittery, impatient, moody or anything of those things that even in small tolerable measures can be irritating. Lipovarin does give me the apetite suppression I have been looking for. It may be making me slightly nauseous but not badly and regardless it may be helping the appetite.
Aside from the lipovarin being a key piece of the momentum I am feeling, exercise is key. I way out of town for 5 days and couldnt continue daily or every other as I hade been for almost 2 weeks and yesterday and today (days 5&6 without exercise) my body is stiff and muscles are tight. I actually cant wait to go walking or something. I cant wait to post my results next week!! |

Bottom of the Bottle! |
|

So I have maybe a couple days left on the Lipovarin and I doubt I'll lose any weight in the next couple days so here's my update.
Sorry to disappoint...I didn't take Lipovarin as recommended, like I said before it made me tired. But since I started I lost 5 lbs which is better than nothing. I believe in Lipovarin, it works, if I would have stuck with it and did it as recommended every single day then I believe I would have lost more weight. I may try it again some day if I ever get a credit card, haha. Until that day, keep it up everyone, Lipovarins a good product. Losing weight is never an easy thing, I'm still working on it, a year ago I was 210lbs and now I'm 185lbs and I haven't done much for dieting. All I've done is cup a lot of the crap out of my life, chips and pop are bad bad bad! haha. I've also been excersizing whenever I can which helps so much! One thing that really motivated me when I'm excersizing is music, techno, dance, anything really up beat helps so much. I could walk for hours by just listening to some good tunes. Even watching tv helps, find something good to watch while you're on the tredmill, you'll be so involved in watching that you'll forget that you're even excersizing. haha. It's hard to drink water all the time, but hey, get a good water bottle and if you can remember to fill it up and keep it with you all the time then you'll have no problem drinking it. I keep a bottle with me in the car, when I'm driving, if I'm at a stop light or whatever, I drink and don't even realize it half the time. Well, I'm not gonna give up on losing weight and neither should you! Good luck to everyone =)
