I have heard great things about this e-book. I am constantly in search of something that actually works and this seems to be really good. A friend of mine used it and raves about it, so I am considering it myself

I just purchased the ebook on ebay for little over $2 bucks..... The person I purchased it from is really nice and she has lost 40lbs of baby weight and is back to her pre baby figure....I will start the plan tomorrow and will post with results.
