Hi has anybody downloaded this ebook? Did anybody have any results, anybody at all care to share? was just looking at the site but dont want to pay to download the book if its not any good, have to say the site is quite convincing but arent they all??????

I have heard great things about this e-book. I am constantly in search of something that actually works and this seems to be really good. A friend of mine used it and raves about it, so I am considering it myself

I just purchased the ebook on ebay for little over $2 bucks..... The person I purchased it from is really nice and she has lost 40lbs of baby weight and is back to her pre baby figure....I will start the plan tomorrow and will post with results.

I was just about to post about this on another thread. Fat Loss 4 Idiots didn't work for me but what did is the everloss natural weight loss program. You guys should Google it and see for yourself which would work better.

Yes I have used this and it is amazing. It really goes over everything that you need to know. It teaches you what you need to eat and that you should not eat the same things or the same calories each day. I would really recommend it. Check out the link below.

with so much information available on net on weight loss...i wouldnt be interested in 'buying' a documents/book for learning something. if he topic is new and the results/research is not available, they i may be interested in going for it.
