So I bought this diet yesterday online and just read all the negative feedback on this site and 2 other sites. My thought on this is... I am trying to stop eating sugar and I was looking for a diet to kickstart a healthier way of eating. I already do not eat fried foods, meat, most dairy and most deserts. My bad habits are hard candy, dried fruits by the pound and chai lattes from cafes. I was diagnosed with a bad case of hypoglycemia a year ago and know I should cut out sugar. This diet seemed to be a good way to limit/stop those morning venti soychais (3-4 from SB) and sugar instead of protein. I had bought butternut squash the day before I found the diet so the food is pretty much what I love. I can replace the meat with fish. Today is my first day. If this diet can direct me towards a healthier way of eating with less need for sugar, then I'll be happy. That's me. I was anorexic when I was 15-22yrs old, so I have this mentality of not wanting to starve myself anymore and not knowing what is the right amount to eat. Anyway, I'm rambling off but I'll let you know what happens on day 5. I currently weigh 132lbs. My anorexic weight was 76lbs. My goal weight is 115lbs. One more thing, I saw a nutritionist a month ago and the goal for me is to learn about portions and eating more protein, less fruit(I'd eat ONLY fruit for breakfast and lunch)/sugar/chais. This diet might help with portions?

Well i've done the Atkins before, and usually lose 14 -16lbs in the first 2weeks, but now a few years on, after 3weeks i've only lost 9lbs, so very dissapointed i've decided to try this diet, started it today, and unfortunately i hate tomatoes with a passion, i was gagging trying to down the juice! And not looking forward to eating raw tomatoes! The grapefruit wasn't as bad as i thought it was. But i hate bland food, and always double up on salt, well its 4 days, so here goes my money! lol

hi just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to email me a copy of the 18 in 4 diet? I've recently recovered from major surgery and need to loose the bit of weight that I have gained from being bed ridden for months!! I would purchase it myself online by it doesn't accept Irish debit cards!! I will gladly reimburse anyone who is nice enough to to this! X

I started yesterday after desperation in not being able to shed an uonce after diligently eating healthy, going to gym 3 times/week and walk 30 km/week. I am happy to post this morning I managed to move that scale down. 3 pounds gone and I am not deprived as I have not over eating in the past. Even if it is water, who cares. I will post the progress. This is ideal for those who have hit a plataeu.

Its the end of the second day. Honestly, I cheated yesterday with a piece of cake at a work function. But went to gym at lunch hour. Stuck with the diet rest of the day. I wasnt expecting any loss this morning and was rapt when I saw another pound gone. So far 4 pounds. I am happy for every ounce of loss as I know how hard it is. Will report the progress tomorrow

See for yourself. You won't be disappointed. This synergistic approach to weight loss has received rave reviews. The "proof is in the pudding" like they say. In their first month and even in today's economy they had 1 million dollars in sales. See the testimonials and the scientifically proven approach that has rave reviews. One of their unique products reduces your caloric intake by 25% as you sprinkle it on all your favorite foods by "tricking" your metabolism.

My friend Jim has gone from 358lbs to 328lbs in about 8 weeks. His doctor can not believe it but it's been documented.
