ehhh i dont know..I'm a little bit hastey about trying any other diet since I found one that actually worked for me. It's not a pill or anything thank God, but it's a sophisticated and very descriptive nutrition and dieting guide that I bought awhile back and in a bout a month I lost 30 lbs, but then again I kinda slacked on the guide and could have lost way more than that lol. I'm just lazy by design, what can ya do?

Anyways, I had a friend of mine who mentioned this site to me and he said it really worked for him, and I was tired of paying for crappy diet pills so I figured what could I possibly lose?
