hello ladies, my name is liza and i just started trim spa and i hope it will work for me i want to look and feel good about myself and i know at being 5'4 and 236lbs thats not good! so i hope eating right and working out will change the way i look. i can't waite till i can fit in smaller jeans and were tiny little shirts like all my girlfriends. well i have been taking trim spa now fro three days and i can fel a difference in myself not being hungry!!! so i hope i can stick with it and look great by summer!!!!

Hi liza,
Trim Spa worked for lots of people. Many users of this forum said that trim spa its great. Please keep us posted on your reasults.
