hi, i will be starting alli in on week do u have to eat all three meals can u skip a meal and still take the pills???? our they only work with food????

I guess only to poop it out. sounds like crap to me pardon the pun. I think I will try something else.
Being a bathroom jockey doesnt sound fun to me. But good luck to you all anyway.
