Okay this is it! I've finally made a commitment. I have decided to try the new Slimquick Extreme. This pill promises says that it's "clnically proven to reduce body fat by 10%" That is quite a large claim but I will try it and let you all know of my progress. I spent about an hour badgering the girl at GNC gathering information on all their different supplements/thermogenics. She told me that she has heard good things from customers about this product and there has been a large number of repeat customers. Feel free to comment on your experiences if there is anyone else currently taking this pill. The pill also comes with a booklet including food and exercise tips so I will try my best to follow those as well to get the maximum results. Hopefully I will be posting good news soon!! Very Happy

So I've made it through day 1 (and halfway through day 2) alive. I felt that I had slightly more energy but didn't have any trouble sleeping at night. I don't feel any ill effects whatsoever so that's good. I think I will weigh in after 7 days and see if I'm losing any weight. The booklet that comes with the slimquick extreme gives an eating plan that includes LOTS of protein so I went to costco and stocked up on my protein powder and bars. I am also trying to stick with their exercise plan which includes working different muscle groups every day which I like. Since no one has responded I guess I'm the only one trying this stuff?? well I'll definitley keep you all posted!

Okay so this didn't work for me at all. and I actually felt MORE tired than normal and my body just didn't feel right. Also I went to see my doctor and after all sorts of tests it turns out my weight problem is attributed to the birth control shot (depo provera) and it makes it nearly impossible to lose weight. So my next step is to get off the shot, and then I will pursue my fitness goals by good ol' diet and exercise and if that doesn't work, I'll be back here looking for something to help me speed things along.... thanks for reading!

Give it a few days. I lost alot of water at first, then started to lose inches. Then it just quit working for me. I am now trying Cylaris......

i tried extreme quickslim, kinda worked, but it made me BLOATED big time and triggered my acene to run wild. P.s if you see jacked chicks in the gym with busted faces, pimples, they r on some weight loss pill.........

try hydroxycut or jetfuel.
