Excellean cla 1000 and Arsenal X

So I'm joining the navy and my recruiter tells me I need to lose 6 inches off my waist. So immediately I started running, so far about 2 miles a day. I do a crap ton of crunches, and I've started taking Excellean cla 1000 and Arsenal X.

I'm 6'1 261 lbs.

My plan is hopefully 10-20lbs...though I dont know how practical that is, because as I'm losing fat, I'm gaining muscle..so we'll see what happens.

Not only have I started taking these pills, and doing a retarded amount of cardio, but I'm dieting myself to between 300 and 400 calories a meal.

Has anyone heard of these two pills?

Anyone have any advice for me?

hi,

my girlfriend used this and said it "helped" her to lose weight. A big difference in her weight loss is noticed, but, she is buring up to 1000 calories a day mind you.

my brother, uses Jetfuel. its good, and, as a guy try it.

A world renown physician in Brazil has recommend it for me in order to improve my diet, circulation, and help lose weight. I bought one bottle from him. Where did you buy yours.

This stuff is good. The arsenal X gives you energy and cuts you up as long as you stay consistent with it. I like that it has fat blockers in it. I was advised to take the excellean with it because it would break down the seditary fat already on the body. There's a new arsenal X liquid gelcap that's off the chain. It kicks in, in like 15 min and gives that "Hulk" like feel... Great Stuff!!
