Will Hydroxycut help me with Atkins? Any rewiews for this product.

It may help with your metabolism if you work out while taking it. But Atkins alone worked wonders for me. I lost 85 pounds and have maintained all my weight loss. I did it for 5 years then wanted to lift all restrictions from my diet so now I eat whole grains, lots of fiber, fruits and veggies. I still have 30 pounds I want to lose and that last stretch seems to be the hardest part. So I'm looking for ideas and suggestions as well. Good luck to you doing Atkins, if you can deal with the restrictions it will work great!
