Hello All - I've just ordered the 3pack Lipovarin combo and it should be here soon. I'm a 26 yr old male that has struggled with my weight most of my life. I'm hoping that I can find the support here that I need to keep up with my diet and excercise. I would appreciate any encouraging words that are provided...thanks!

Welcome! Just make sure you change your patterns of eating and excersise. There is no magic pills, but they can help jump start you and keep your hunger away so you don't cheat. Make sure you come back here often, It is an awesome motivator to have people cheering you on. Also, I love the challenges. If you don't see one you want to join, make one. That way you have a goal and others will join in on the quest. Just remember, it is all about being healthy, not skinny at any price.

thanks! i'll try and remember that..it was delivered today but I havent had a chance to open it up and get started..im going to start running in the evenings so we will see. Before I start I'm going to weigh myself and measure..just need some encouragement along the way!
