I have been trying different pills for so long for me to loss weight until someone have recommended me to use phentermine. I have had a hard time looking for a place to order these medicine until i have heard of Pricepills.com

honestly i have heard a lot of negative issues about them but i tried my luck and see for myself. I have ordered from them first week of June and arrived 10 days later - it was delivered quicker than i thought. Since i my pills arrive and started taking them i dramatically lost 15 lbs phentermine is so working just fine and so real - Laughing

I have reordered from them and was so happy to see that they do ship now via fedex and DHL i have heard that when a pharmacy offers this kind of service they are reputable one. Razz i think i have found reliable pharmacy - PRICEPILLS.COM see for your self.

I have a great diet that I have used a million times and I am not pushing anything but me and my sister made it up. It teaches you to watch everything you eat. I bought this book called THE FAT BOOK that counts calories and fat grams of millions of foods. You can eat whatever you want no matter what it is as long as the calories AND fat are listed on the label. The key is eating 1200 (1500 for men) calories a day and no more than 40 grams of fat per day. So if you want a candy bar you can have it but you find that for the same calories and fat you took in for that candy you could have had a salad with chicken and dressing. You learn to change you habits. Exercise is a must but nothing crazy. We did the treadmill for a mile 2 to 3 times a week. Also drink lots of water. We lost 18 to 20 pounds in the first month then 8-10 pounds each of the next month. My issue is I am a chocoholic and wind up eating until I gain it all back then start again. I lost 35 pounds at the beginning of the year and gained most of it back eating thru the winter. I would have kept it off if I exercised and ate moderately but I didnt.

The biggest problem I have is I call it a diet and when I go off it I eat any and everything which causes me to gain weight back and be lazy not exercising so I am at it again. It would be thoroughly successful if I would continue to read what I ate and minimized my cravings. Hubby is fat too and we simply eat to much unless we are following a plan.

Loose Weight
&
Keep it off the Healthy Way.

Can you loose weight permanently? Absolutely!!!
Can you do it without risking your health? Absolutely!!!
Can you accomplish this great goal with a personal coach,
(Free of Charge) to help guide and support? Absolutely!!!

Loosing weight the healthy way has many variables according to how your body reacts to input. Here is one example, the starvation mode:

Every body needs specific nutrients in order to operate and function efficiently as it is designed to do. When these nutrients are not supplied in the quantities needed, the body will kick into a self preservation mode of storing resources in the form fat. In essence a person can overeat while at the same time starving their body. This condition in turn puts pressure on vital internal organs as they battle for the limited supply of nutrients, thus causing a variety of seemingly unrelated health issues. In addition the added weight adds an even heavier burden on the already over worked and under fed organs causing the bad health snow ball to increase in size.

Most weight loss plans and schemes focus solely on loosing weight which makes the condition more times than not worse. Not only is the body starved of needed nutrients, it is now robed of fat stores. After the weight is lost and the plan is put on the shelf because we have had enough food deprivation, the weight comes back with a vengeance which most people who struggle with weight issues have experienced as their hopes for a slimmer look are dashed.

Why not loose weight while achieving proper nutrition at the same time? Not only do you want to look good but you also want to feel good with more energy and vitality all at the same time.

There is help and hope.
