Hi All,
I want to try Ephedra diet pills. Lots of people said that Ephedra was the only thing that worked for them. Before trying them I want to know how does ephedra work?

Thanx.

ABSOLUTELY! The best ephedra product I EVER used for weight loss was Thermo-Chi through Nature's Sunshine Products. You can lose up to 10 lbs. within the first 2 weeks.

Since the ban on ephedra has been lifted, I anticipate Nature's Sunshine will start production of this product once again. I have sent in an email asking if that is their plan and when would be the earliest customers could get their hands on the product.

I'll post once I hear from them.

Ephedra works because of a specific alkaloid in it (let's say a certain particle in it). This alkaloid is called Ephedrine. The thing works (or so it's thought) by stimulating the nervous system (CNS). This stimulation increases energy levels, therefore fat burning levels. Ephedra, as you probably already know, is an extract from a certain plant, Ma Huang, and the alkaloid Ephedrine was isolated (let's say found) a long time ago, near the 1900's I believe. There's some theory.
