| Is this stuff legitimate? It seems that whenever I go on this forum to read about this "diet plan" its always from "guests" stating it works and not actual members of this forum. I would really like to know if this stuff really, honestly works because this is something that is interesting to me if it is indeed true and does what everybody says it does. |

Hi, celigirl88. I'm a guest, but what I say is true. It "really, honestly" works, for ME. Of course, the effects vary from one person to another. I've lost almost 35 pounds already since I first posted here. I think it was around end of July or beginning of August when I started using it. I don't take it regularly now because I'm in no hurry of losing the weight. I have a small chocolate bar occasionally and allow myself to eat McDonald's every so often too. I haven't reached my weight goal yet, as I want to lose another 15-20 lbs, but I'll do it gradually. Right now I'm enjoying how I look and how others compliment the weight loss.
Another thing too, before I took these pills, I had gained so much weight, probably about 20-25 lbs. This made my menstrual cycle irregular, to the point that I didn't have my period for 5 months straight. When I went to see an OBGYN, she said that it was probably b/c of the weight gain. She Rx'd me a pill that will make me have my period, and after that, it should be regular again. She also told me that I have to lose weight b/c the level of my progesterone was very low. (FYI, progesterone is the substance in our body that regulates testosterone and estrogen levels. When she said that my progesterone level was low, she meant that my system was out of whack. I had a higher level of testosterone than estrogen. We all know that testosterone should be dominant in males, and estrogen in females. and NO, I'M NOT A LESBIAN/TOMBOY=D) So, I took the Rx, got my period, and I thought that it would be normal. Sadly, it wasn't. I would have my period come in 1.5 months interval, but it wasn't a real flow, it was just spotting. What I was concerned with is my capability of ovulating, b/c in time I would like to have children. Anyway, to make the long story short (I know it's long already), when I lost weight, I THINK that my body was able to regulate my system again. I'm happy to report that I got my "real" period last week. Although it gave me cramps and felt very icky, I was happy. It's been a long time since I felt those cramps, and if having cramps means I'm having normal menstrual cycle, then bring it on 
In summary, I believe that the weight loss that I got from this product had wonderful effects on my body and my self-esteem. I want to point out though that apart from the pills, I was also regulating the way I eat b/c I did not have any type of exercise at all. Now, I get full just by eating a small portioned meal. I guess that's another thing I learned too I know this post is too long, but thanks for reading!  |

I was getting a little discouraged because I actually was going to buy these, but then stopped myself because I didnt want to waste the money if all these people claiming it worked werent real people haha. Now that I got an actual real response, I will definately consider these pills. Thanks again. |

You're welcome! You can probably tell that I'm happy with this product, so I thought I'd do good by sharing it with others. I recently got approached by a lady I didn't know just recently. Apparently she sees me passing by every so often, she had to ask what I was doing! Although I was shy to admit that I was taking something, I will not make up a story and say that I was just on a diet (blah blah). She was not heavyset, but maybe she's just trying to lose some weight. So, I wrote down the name of the product and gave it to her =) I dunno where she is now, but I'm happy b/c it feels GOOD having other people (and she was just someone who sees me at random times!) recognize and compliment the change. To the first guest, I would not be so much concerned if you've only been taking it for a day. You have to be patient with it, just like all the diet pills out there. Like they say, it doesn't work overnight
To the second guest, three weeks is a long time already. Do you weigh yourself? If not, I would suggest weighing yourself first thing in the morning (with only underwear on). That way, you'd know how much you weigh each time you start the day when you haven't had anything to eat yet. Or maybe you probably did get fake pills I haven't bought mine from eBay. What I'm taking costs about $28.00 (including priority shipping), but I found this to be real b/c it was my cousin who recommended it to me. The one I found in eBay was selling $15.00 (including shipping), and I don't know if it really retails for that amount. As tempting it is for me to order something cheaper, I choose not to. It's just a personal preference |

O.k. it has been one week and almost one day and I still have not heard anything back from that Jimmy Phen.  Boy I thought he was for real when I could use paypal, and the fact he had a money back guarantee.  I guess my blonde hair has affected me once again.  I just look at it this way at least I only lost $20 instead of 100's.
