hey question
Okay im about 5'2 and 140 lbs. i want to lose 20-25 lbs and i recently broke my ankle. Yeah, SUCKS! Im a runner, track/cross country but im out for the season because of my broken ankle due to training for cross country. kind of ironic. ive lost 20 lbs on my own from diet/ excersize in about 6 months. But now with the reduction in my excersize, i went into a depression after breaking it and im guessing i gained back a few pounds. im thinking of starting trim spa, dieting, and doing minimal excersize that i can. What do you guys think?
