I used Original Formula TrimSpa 3 years ago and it was wonderful. I did get jittery, but the fat melted away, quick. I lost 40 lbs. in 3 months. It was great. The bad thing is now that ephedra is outlawed, the newer formulas don't work as well as the original.

I have some of the trimspa orginal that expired, do you think it is safe to take it?

I would GUESS that it is safe. It might be less effective because of it's age. Remember, this is just a guess. But I would take it. I sure do miss the original TrimSpa!
