18l in 4

Has anyone who has tried the 18in4 actually lost anywhere near the 18lb it claims? i have read alot of 7/8lbs loss and inch loss but has anyone actually managed the 18lb.

have just bought the plan, something i would never normally do but curiosity got the better of me and other than $27 and 70lbs i have nothing else to loose.
