Current: 8/31 205lb
Target: 12/31 165lb
40 lb to go..........

The thing is I heard some good results and bad results. I would like to track what I am doing for people so people get more clear picture about this pill. I ordered this last week and it came yesterday. I had taken twice so far.
Let me describe myself. Asian man. 5'10 205lb 33years old. My look is pretty okay and body is proportional fat. Surprised

It means people don't see me significant overweight. I did see I have some stomach Sad

I also took some pictures yesterday so I could see my progress. I do exercise normally 2-3 times a week. I just eat a lot. I think those are stressed related. I am single so eating and watch sports are the combination for me. I do know how to eat healthy, and do cardios but the fact was I ate a lot not because I am hungry.

I purchased 4 bottles of 90 pills so that would last two months. I don't have so aggressive plan. My pace is to drop 10 lb per month and become muscular. In first two months, I will focus on more cardios and if this really works, I will purchase another two months supply and do more weight training along with it.

I will start posting my results and would like to share with people who are similar to me so we can encourage each other.

Is anyone here like me i.e. similar body stat and male and age? I think that would be good to find someone that we can compete Smile

Btw, small update:

9/1 204.5 lb
progress: 0.5 lb
Target: 39.5 lb

I feel nothing change. So far no weight loss, no discomfort. I did drink lots of water and exercise and eat less.....

Hi Charles!

Good luck to you with the Lipovarin. I only took one bottle of it and lost 10 pounds in one month. I did exercise and diet, too, that makes all the difference. For me, the pills did suppress my appetite and gave me energy for my workouts. I have gone on to lose another 7 pounds on my own with only 10 more pounds to go until I reach goal (the pills were a little too expensive for me to keep using them).

I know we are not similar in stats, but I would like to encourage you to join the Halloween Challenge here on the Challenge board. It starts on Sept. 6th, but you can sign up now.

We will encourage anyone and everyone who joins. It doesn't matter if you are male or female. It makes no difference what your age is or how much you have to lose or even if you just want to maintain and firm up a bit. It's just nice to have someone there who understands your struggles with weight, food, and exercise and encourage you on your way to your goals.

I've been using Lipovarin for 10 days now, and I've noticed that my skin is showing some side effects, I am having horrible pimples all over my face & shoulders... very painful and ugly stuff!! Crying or Very sad

I have lost some water weight & volume also... but the pimples are way too much... I have scars already as a result...

I was wondering if you or any other member of this forum that used Lipovarin had a similar experience? Confused

I still have not lost any weight. I am a little bit disappointed. I do eat a little bit more since I am in Taiwan now and visiting my family. I do feel "full" sometimes so I think the pill somehow works. I will continue taking those and I will keep you guys posted.

Hi Charles,

Hey, I'd be thrilled to be eating a bit more and maintaining. At least you know the reason you are not losing. Just keep up the exercise, Charles, and cut back on the bad carbs. You should do fine.

Sorry, Guest, didn't mean to ignore your post! I did not get any bad reactions in regards to my skin while taking Lipovarin. Did you call the company and ask them what could be causing this?

Sorry for the delay. I was in a trip and just got back home. Yes, I had similar symptons. My face has rash and I am not sure that is related. but I stopped taking this.
