Getting Motivated |

Getting motivated to lose weight can be hard, especially if you have tried to lose weight before and have struggled or regained the weight. Losing weight involves changing your eating habits and your physical activity -- two things that can be very hard to do! It may help you to think about how ready you are to make these changes.
Maybe you think that a change would help but you're not ready or interested. You feel the change would be too hard to make. Or, perhaps you're thinking about making a change, but not right away. At this stage, the costs of making the change still outweigh the benefits.
On the other hand, maybe you're ready to make the change and would like to do it soon. You're working on your eating and exercise plans and hope to start in the next month. What do you need to take the final step? |

The biggest thing that people miss about loosing weight, it being ready. As long as your ready and Serious loosing weight any one can do. You must be SERIOUS in order to loose weight. Some one that is not serious will not loose weight. The best way to be Serious
1. Surround yourself with people that are just like you, that want to loose weight
2. Set a date.
3. Do a mind Pep rally everyday till your Ready. (GET PUMPED)
4. Tell People your going to loose weight and let them know the date you will start so that they can encouarge you all the way through
5. Preppare yourself for the end result of know you will have lost weight. |

I had a lot of frustration loosing weight until I found a health and wellness coach that recommended a plan using a Herbalife weight loss system along with other supplements. Not only did I loose the weight I wanted to, I immediately felt a lot more energy and my overall health improved. The cost was surprisingly reasonable and the coaching was free.

Hey!
My fiance and I looked into selling herbalife products, but decided not to because we couldn't find enough info from real people that have used it.
Anyway, to help others out we have spent weeks building up a new website that is totally unaffiliated with herbalife. It is designed to collect all reviews, good and bad. If you have feedback on the products, we would love to include your perspective.

| If you want to stay motivated to lose your weight, you have to change your lifestyle and you eating life style. A routine exercise and a diet meal plan is a good combination |
