America today is consumed with fast foods of all sorts and the fast paced attitudes because of this we are missing out on a proper nutrition in our daily consumption of food. A portion of the food we do eat may or may not have the correct amount of nutrition we need to function. So to understand a little better lets figure out what nutrition is why we need it.
