Hello everyone, i'm new here, but new in posting i've been visiting this forum for some time now i just didn't have anything amazing to say. Everything has already been said. Pills, diets, exercise etc... The problem is that we are all different and we all have different metabolism which leads to different results.
I'll tell you what worked for me. I've been trying to get rid of my extra pounds for quite a while and the main thing that i was doing was dieting. Yes it helped me at first i lost a few pounds, but after i stopped the diet i got me weight back up again. It's like a never ending merry go round.
