| Hey guys, I haven't seen anyone posting their weekly weight loss. Where are ya'll at. Well, as for me and back to where I began. I just don't think my body is gonna let me lose anymore. I'm happy with my body size, but I hate my stomach. After my second daughter it was and still is a complete reck. So, now I'm really considering getting a tummy tuck which is something that I've wanted for some time now. I hope everyone is doing good. Just wanted to check in on everyone! |

I'm here.....I have just been pretty busy with work and not getting online when I get home.
I am still holding it down -- I am down to 190.4 now. I had some crabs a couple of weeks ago and was on my period at the same time so I guess because of water retention I actually went up a few pounds.
So FINALLY I lost those and then some. I am looking forward to getting into the 180's real soon! |

I wouldn't throw in the towel just yet. I would just do a lot of cardio and crunches for a few weeks and see where that leaves you.
I only have one child and it looks like he tried to claw his way out. Even when I was skinny, I still had that saggy lower stomach - its mostly all skin.
When I hit my goal weight I am going to consult with a plastic surgeon about getting a tummy tuck. |

My stomach is kinda flabby too.. I think that just happens when you have kids, skin wont go back once it's been stretched a few times. I mean some women are lucky and it does, but for most of us, it just doesn't go back to where it was. I was thinking when I'm at my goal weight, and I'm all done having children, I'd like to get a tummy tuck too... |

Lol, I have the Momma Pouch too, but I had twins 3 years ago, by c-section, and they say your muscles in your stomach actually separate, and sometimes never join back together, so it's very hard if not impossible to get rid of the pouch.
I wish I could find someone like the lady on John+Kate plus 8, to give me free surgery to get rid of it. Some people have all the luck, some people have all the problems-like me! |

I've only had one child through natural birth so I guess that makes me genetically unlucky....LOL
This week's weigh in was 187.6 lbs. - I'm out of the 190's....WOO HOO!!! I'm down 2.8 lbs. this week.
I'm on my period this week so hopefully I will have a decent loss next Monday. Grrr....how I loathe Aunt Flo! |
