Any feedback on the yahoo guy or pricebusters would be great I have had phetermine before and it seem as if I am going through alot more to find it now. Would greatly appreciate any advice. This site seems way friendlier. |

Hi, I am new to this site My doctor had prescribed me Phentermine 2 months ago. I have lost about 11 pds, I am 5'1 and 139. My arms and stomach are huge for my size frame. Its bad people actually laugh. I am trying to work on those 2 areas. I lost 10 pds. the first month, But I think I have only lost 1 this month and I go back this week. Does anyone think thats about right cuz I don't want to stop taking them. I am waiting on a cc to come in. I have read over the post and seen a few people I think I am going to try. If some has a really good source,(they are real) I will give my e-mail address to get. Thanks |

Your results are almost normal I think. It kinds shocks your body so you always drop alot of weight really fast at first and then it evens out. I lost 10lbs first month 5 lbs second month and 3 pounds a month for 4 more months while I was taking it.
Best of luck!!! |

| Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it. I was on another site about phentermine, I was never logged on because those people were really going at it with each other? They just seemed a little silly. I was just wondering what that dr. will think because I have been working on my arms and stomach, but its hard to see a big change and I really did not lose any weight. I am however constipated from it, If I could go to the bathroom I would probably lose 7pds. lol (I am sorry, I didn't know how else to say it. I didn't know phentermine would do that. I will probably like to order some in a couple of weeks. How long are you s'pose to stay on this? or how long can you? I would like yo get down to about 115. Thanks again, |

Hi sam44,

Sam44--
You are going to do this. You have the phen, now have a food plan. I eat a banana, a PLAIN yogurt (yuk) and an apple every day. I eat dinner (whatever I make for my family) just not a whole lot of it, and when I'm hungry in between, I eat nuts. NO sugar (makes me hungry) no BREAD or other processed carbs. After dinner, I go for watermelon. Sometimes if I want cake, I will take all natural almond butter, pour off all the oil, and eat that.
This is working for me. Every morning I am up at 4am and do the step machine for 40 minutes, 50 marine-style push ups, and 12 over my head reps with 10lb (each hand) weights.
This way, when there's a birthday, or special occasion, I can have a piece of cake, or eat some foods that are notoriously trouble for me because I can't stop : tortellini, brownies, etc.
This won't be an easy endeavor, but one which will make you proud once you achieve your goal. |

Hey Sam44,
I had to drop my 2cents in. I'm 5' 1" also, and I so know what you mean. I think people automatically assume since you weight 139 your body frame should be pretty small. I weight about 119/120. I have a gut out of this world(LOL). The only way it's gonna go down is if I lose more weight. Now, when I first started working out I walked all the time. After a while though, your body gets used to it. I went back to TaeBo which I just love. The dvds are not that expensive and you can do it at home. Whatever you choose you have to kick up the intensity. You can do it, and this board is full of great support. |
