| Well, I've been taking Lipodrene for roughly 2 weeks and I'm down 11 pounds. I've noticed I've started to stall in weight loss- is this normal? Anyone having this same problem? I think I might try to cycle and see if I get back on track. So far I really like the product though. |

| hi, i have posted on this site a few times, i want to let everyone no about my weight loss, i am taking lipodrene, have been taking it since the middle of march. i am still on the same bottle belive it or not, i do not take it on the weekends and most of the time i only need one pill a day to keep me from over eating, some days i do not need it, i purchased these pills strickly to keep my eating under control. i started out at 165 in march i am now 142. i have lost 23 pounds. i walk 5-6 miles a night, sometimes i take off 2 days a week. i just started jogging this week 1 mile and then walk one mile and do this until i have walked 5-6 miles. i went from a size 12 to a size 8. the inches took a while to come off but i did not give up. my goal this month is to lose the 2 pounds to make it to 25 pounds lost. my overall goal is to fit in my old size which is a 5. want to try to get down to 125. i am 5'4. i am not real strict on my diet, i have given up sodas, have not had a soda since the end of febuary, also do not eat sweets or alot of breads, i eat alot of fruit like cantaloupe and watermelon. |

Sara,
Walking is in my opinion the best and healthier way of loosing weight. I try to cut down on using the car and do my stuff by walking. Its recommended for everybody because its a great way to burn the pounds away and make a physical effort without putting pressure on your heart. If you have a weight problem usually you also have a some level of cardiovascular problem.
I will recommend walking more on this forum.
I'm glad that you took an healthy approach to loosing weight. Getting rid of soda and sweets its a good thing and eating lots of fruits is also a good thing.
You've done a great job. You've changed your life and eating habits. This is the way diet pills should be used... just to give us a small helping hand.
Congratulation, keep on going!!! |

Hi I am new to the board...
I have just started lipodrene today. I must have a high tolerance or something. It says you should feel "energizing effects" 20-30 minutes after you take it. Well, I ate lunch at 11:45, took 1 lipodrene pill an hour later (as directed), and it is now and hour and 15 minutes later and I feel nothing. Maybe a little more tired. I don't get it. Everyone else is having great results. Should I give it a little more time or should I up the dosage to 2 pills? |
