I weighed in last night at 193# down 2.5#
Richie, I'm sorry about your lack of eye candy, it really makes getting yourself to the gym alot easier. That being said have you been to check it out or are you just assuming that the women don't look good, because for eye candy it really doesn't matter what they do or who they are they are just fun to look at As I'm writting this all I can hear is the radio in the background repeating the phrase eye candy LOL. Once you get too the gym though working out can be a great stress relief
Are you guys on special diets or just eating healthy  |

I'm eating healthier but I want to try carb cycling but well see with 6 people in the house it is hard to go on a diet  |

| Well I know how you feel, there are 5 of us and all the kids have to have some sweets. Sometimes they are way to tempting. And on top of that we eat out 90% of the time for convenience. So I have been tryin to have only salad while eating out. Today we went to a mex. restaurant and I had a few chips and salsa and a grilled chicken salad. Didnt eat all of the salad. I dont think that is to bad. Better than what I normally eat. |

I'm cutting out anything with fat in it... completely stopped eating meat and got in vegetarian food like bean burgers and quorn mince, I eat my 10 portions of fruit and veg a day and that's about it really.
Luckysmile, I'll give the gym a try and tell ya what i think.....I hope i can manage to find some good eye candy, I'll sit across the road in the coffee shop and wait for the nice girls to walk in the gym ha ha  |

I did Ok I didn't eat overly healthy but I made it to the gym once and the pool twice (although the second time I brought my son and spent most of the time in the hot tub checking out the guys in the gym that were smiling at my son )
I have my son for the next couple days so I probably won't weigh in again till Wednesday or Thursday  |
