I'm in so much pain...I did 3 hours at the gym and then 2 hours squash.
I woke up this morning and the kettle seemed to weigh a ton....oh i just realised, I'm going to mess my weight loss up if i lift weights aren't I? from now on I'll stick purely to cardiovascular. ohh what else was I going to say? oh yeah that's it....OK I found out some interesting things about booze and diets...basically they don't mix, like no matter what ya drink, even wine is bad, not because it has many calories but the alcohol actually replaces fat as a burning fuel which means your body doesn't burn anything until it's all the alcohol is out of your system......
maybe you all knew that already.., I didn't though.

Richie you may not lose as much weight if you weight train but that will be because you are building muscle. Muscle is a key factor in burning FAT so keep up with the weight training. Don't worry too much about the number on the scale worry about how tight your pants are that is the best indication of getting in shape
On that note I think I would get results way easier by spending all the time that I spend at the gym at a second job to pay for liposuction then I will get in shape after that So when is Oprah going to get someone to invent an exercise pill |

liposuction, now there's a thought
I'm doing good on the diet....eating extremely well and exercising but I hate this non drinking thing.....how do people get the energy to go out to the pub and have a bloody orange juice??????
I'm just going to pretend that I didn't find all the info on alcohol and diets not mixing...I'll go back to my old naive ways and think that I'm doing well because I'm drinking sangria or wine hahaha.
whats our target again? I forget. |

But in the 6 weeks since I've started this challenge I have lost 3" off my waist measurements and over 20mm off of 5 skinfolds Me and my Mom are really going to buckle down for the next 6 weeks though we are in a challenge for $1620CDN and I would really like to win |

Hey Sandi, I'm not taking anything right now I was on GNC Cuts but I ran out. I on the other hand do have time to go to the gym daily and can easily spend 4h there (no I'm not quite that dedicated they have a wave pool and hot tubs at my gym) |

To tell you the truth I don't really know as I started working out and eating healthier at the same time. If you are fine with the stimulants in Lipovarian I would use that. I am very sensitive to stimulants so I try and avoid them but the general concensus that I have heard is that pills with stimulants work better. |
