I eat really healthy, and I am thin. However, my butt and thighs are not thin at all. I feel so gross in a bikini, and it's summer I need help fast |

Quick...run/walk/bike/skateboard!! Iam thin, but know what you mean about the flabby bottom and thighs!! The fun things I mentioned are not for losing weight but firming the body and it happens fast. I picked up skateboarding last year (27 year old)...I don't do tricks...just travel on it. I have a cruiser bicycle that I ride to and from work and whenever I can...the single gear forces your legs and glutes to work. I just started running....and walk everyday...I have noticed such a major difference in my legs and butt...Oh I also...do calf raises. Stand at a counter and lift up on your toes squeezing your calfs..start with 10...do them standing on one foot...I do them everywhere now...while cooking, waiting for the elevator, in line at the grocery store...Its fun and people are always wanting to know how I stay in shape without the gym!! |

Hey there,
I was looking for personal trainer as I was out of shape after my car accident. After Googling, I came across a website called averageguyworkouts.com. Their online discussion forum was great help to me. Their staff helped me personally for all the queries. I highly recommond their help and support.
