Yup, me, I lost over 70 lbs in less than a year, and feel healthier and happier than I have in YEARS!!! I never used to believe those before and after pictures...I always thought they were some kind of fake...Now I AM A BEFORE AND AFTER!!! LOL!! From 231 to 158, loving my curves and my life, FINALLY!

Congratulations and good job.
My goal is to lose another 20 to 30 pounds, but I noticed I am adding muscle now, so that will change my weight. I just posted my first photos too. But mine are only for 10 days
