GREAT WEIGHT LOSS TIPS!!!!
G'DAY hope you are all doing well
i just thought i might share some great weight loss tips that ive found on my ventures........
1 always monitor weight loss........if you dont keep an eye out you will loose intrest cause you dont see the results.
2 only weigh yourself once a week same time (should b morning)cause u get false readings
3 cut out junkfood, sugar and sugar drinks
4 cut out most bread and caffine
5 have one day off a week to eat what u feel like (without going overboard or u will f... every thing u have just worked so hard for) this entices you to stay on your diet longer and stops you from cheating
6 drink a cup of cold water in the morning it jump starts your metabolisem by rasing the temp of the water to body temp, it starts to burn fat instead of storing it because it has towork to cool it down! also drink a glass of water before all meals (this suppresses you appitite)
7 eat fibre it helps with digestion and it allows you body to rid itself of excess weight
8 you should drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day (it washes down metabilized fat)
9 eat less at meals shouldnt eat more than your hands cupped together at any one sitting (portion controll)
10 have a big variaty of foods to choose from (this stops you from straying from the diet and also makes sure u get the migority of vitamins)
11 adding a few drops of lemon juice to your water (with 1 sweeteer if required) it helps to keep one from retaining fluids
12 put meals on a small plate or bowl it tricks your mind to think u are having a full meal
13 if you go out and your meal is to big pepper the extraportion first b4 you eat (you have more willpower b4 you eat)
AND WHEN YOU FEEL BAD ABOUT THROWING FOOD AWAY- REMEMBER

14 3-4 half hr sessions per week of cardio are recomended to speed up ur metabolism
15 limit your fat intake to 20-50gr a day
16 try using light milk
17 after meals chew on some gum(sugar free) or brush ur teeth it makes it less appealing to eat more, also do this while u are prepairing food to stop u from picking (if u pick)
18 BEWARE!!!!! the term light doesnt necesarily mean that the product is low in fat, they could b reffering to the colour, texture or taste
