Are you taking the 5-HTP with meals? That should help with the nausea. |

No prob, enchanted.
It's been over 11 years, but yeah, morning sickness is the worst kind of nausea. Glad that taking them with food is helping. I remember having to take my prenatal vitamins with food to keep from getting nauseated and I still have to take Motrin and Percocet with food, or else........
Keep us posted as to whether or not the 5-HTP is giving the phen more staying power. |

| just a update. i have been taking the 5-htp for about 3days haven't seen a difference yet.i'm going to finish the bottle they said it can take up to 3 weeks. i hope it works. |

I'd give a week or two just to see.
I still haven't started taking my 5-HTP, but today, I am having a hard time getting anything down -- no appetite at all. And, usually, I am a tad more hungry on the days I work out. Weird. |
