3 Week Rapid Weight Loss System Review (Day 1) |
| Today's my first day on the 3 Week Rapid Weight Loss System. I'm a 19-year-old college student and a former athlete who's looking to lose ~20lbs. So far I've followed all the instructions: drank more than enough water, took 3 Lipovarin with breakfast and lunch and 2 Thyrotril at the appropriate times as well. Everything was going well until I went for my daily jog. I decided not to push it, so I did a casual 4 miles. I made sure to drink a ton of water before I left and after I got back because I'd read that not drinking enough leads to nausea. Apparently that didn't help my cause. Within an hour I was clinging to my bed for dear life- the room was spinning, I was breaking out in a cold sweat and trembling- and I felt like if I could just eat anything I would feel better, but the thought of food made me even more sick (I guess this is good news for those of you looking for extreme appetite suppression). I finally fell asleep, and when I woke up, I was pretty much back to normal. I emailed customer service and they suggested that I cut back the dosage until my body gets used to the drugs. If anyone has had this experience, I could really use some advice. Is it best to eat large meals when taking the pills? When's the best time of day to work out? et cetera. And on a side note, the customer service rep also informed me that the 100% guarantee only issues a 75% refund once the bottles have been opened. |

Day 2 |
| My second day went a lot better. I stayed with the same dosage, but the major difference was that I ate a lot more- not because I was hungry, but because I didn't want to feel sick. I'm really not dieting at this point because of the nausea I experienced, but as soon as my body gets adjusted, I plan to cut back. The good news: I haven't changed much anything about my diet or my exercise and I already see progress. I'll keep everyone posted. |

Final Review |
| Overall, the system did not work for me. It definitely did suppress hunger, but I felt as though I had to eat so that I wouldn't feel sick. In the end I might have lost a pound or two. I sent my empty bottles back to the company and, because they were opened, only got a 75% refund. I wound up losing $45 on the system, but I feel it was a good learning experience. |
