This is my second time taking reductil.I did take it 2 years ago for 3 month.After a while my weight came back.Does anyone have helpfull tips how to keep weight down and how ling should i stay on reductil?

I have just joined weight watches to help, I need to lose 50lbs so I need all the help I can get.
