Frustrated with Lipovarin |
|
|
| I have been on the 3 Week Rapid Weight Loss System (Lipovarin, Thyrotril, and Aquadrene) for a week now. The first day I lost 3 pounds and I was thrilled. But it lost its effect so quickly! I have been dieting and exercising since I started taking it and I am losing weight, but only because I am starving myself. I eat 700 calories a day and work out twice a day, and I am losing as much as I would if I weren't taking Lipovarin. And I drink a ton of water, like you're supposed to. What's going on? I was hoping that Lipovarin would allow me to lose weight without starving myself, but now that seems impossible. The tiniest bit of food makes me gain weight. It worked so well in the beginning and now it's not doing a damn thing. If anyone else has experienced this, or if you have any advice, I could really use help! Thanks! |

| If you are working out twice a day and only consuming 700 calories then your body is probably going into starvation mode which is completely counterproductive to losing weight since your body is going to conserve fat instead of burn it. Try consuming more calories especially with protein...protein will help you burn fat. |

| Thanks for your response, but I think eating more would backfire on me. I gain weight so easily. I have tried going days where I eat close to 1,000 calories and the next day I find that I have gained a pound. I am trying to take a short break from Lipovarin and maybe when I start up again, it will have an effect again since my body will have been rid of it for awhile. I tend to adjust to chemicals in my body really fast. I don't know if that's a defense mechanism or what, but it's really annoying! When I feed my body drugs, I don't want a tolerance! This is how people get addicted to stuff, and I refuse to increase my dosage. I already take the recommended amount as it is. |

Hello ShellyZ:
First of all you should NOT have to starve yourself on Lipovarin. I know I never did and 700 calories a day?? That is too little, now wonder you are gaining. You work out twice a day you say, but you are probably burning all that you eat for the day. You're suppose to eat a normal balanced diet while on the Lipovarin, as it works off the food you eat with your metabolism. I would consume a little more calories if I were you and maybe not workout twice a day but once. Try it for just a week and see how it goes. Give it a chance at least. If it doesn't work, just go back to what you were doing in the first place. But personally, I think you are not consuming enough calories for what you are probably burning. Good luck to you in your weight loss efforts.

first of all 700 calories is basically nothing, your body needs more calories than that to survive properly. Your body has many ways of burning calories such as Basil Metabolic rate, thermo burning from just eating food, lifestyle, and level of activity. The tiniest bit of food should not make u gain weight because your BMR should be at least 2000 calories(calories u need to just lay down all day and stay alive with neutral energy balance). You want to lose weight then you need to simply be in negative energy balance each day but not dramatically as what you are stating. If you are truly exercising at least an hour twice a day then your body will definitely demand more energy than 700 calories. Being fit and healthy does not mean just losing weight you have to consider what type of weight you are losing and what else you are doing to your body negatively when you are not eating properly. |

you are at war. |
|

you are in a full-on battle with your body. if you don't stop, you will lose. it needs a minimal amount of nutrition to repair the damage from your twice daily work outs. without it, your body will do whatever it can to hang on to the fat it has, including shutting down your metabolism—and it doesn't matter what you take when that happens.
go get the book body for life by bill phillips. it's a quick read—about half an inch thick—and it will teach you how to eat correctly to support your work out. i can't stress how important it is to eat!
no fuel=no results. |

You Have To Eat |
|
|
| You need to eat some food for the love of G*D..I am taking the Lipovarin too but I am eating sensibly and I have still managed to lose 37 lbs. I would never just take a weight loss product and stop eating solid food-that is certainly not wise.... |

LIPOVARIN IS A JOKE!! |
|
|
| ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO I ORDERED LIPOVARIN BECAUSE I HAD REALLY HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT. WELL, I TRIED JUST THE LIPOVARIN AT FIRST AND DIDN'T SEE MUCH RESULT SO I ORDERED THE 3 WEEK RAPID WEIGHT LOSS SYSTEM. I HAVE TAKEN ALMOST THE WHOLE 3 WEEKS AND HAVE LOST ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I FOLLOWED THE WEIGHT WATCHERS POINTS WHILE DOING THIS AS WELL AS GO TO THE GYM AT LEAST 3 TIMES PER WEEK!!! TALK ABOUT DISAPPOINTED!! I WOULDN'T WASTE A DIME OF MY MONEY ON IT!!! |

I AM A Victim |

You watched what you ate and went to the gym 3 times a week and you lost no weight? Why is this very difficult to believe? That in and of itself will lead to weight loss. You proclaim ZERO pounds. Then you state that you incorporated a thermogenic weight loss product, adiuretic, and a thyroid enhancing product into your program. Still no weight loss... Maybe you are not being completely honest with yourself and your seriously flawed eating plan. Here's how weight loss happens, proper diet and exercise causes more calories to be expended than you are consuming. The end result: WEIGHT LOSS..I don't care what diet pill you are taking or not taking you should have lost weight simply on your ROCKY exercise regime. Be honest with yourself and stop with the junk food and watch your fatty food intake. Otherwise you will be ranting against the world that you are FAT and you are not responsible for your condition.

Delores you exposed the troll in the room.... LMAO with your quote
Maybe they need to put down the HO-HO's and stop playing victim. Being negative and blaming the world for your problems will get you nowhere. Negative people like yourself will put you down and beat you with experience. Enough Said. |

| I have a question, I just ordered my Lipovarin 2 days ago and I am supposed to receive it on Monday. Over the weekend, I am planning on starting my diet. So my question is, when you work out while on the Lipovarin, are you supposed to try and burn all of the calories you consume during the day, or just do cardio for an hour and call it quits? I know it sounds silly, but I have never had to diet before, so if anyone could answer my question seriously, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanx! |

hello delores and santino! just wanted to say thanks for all the GREAT encouragement!! As a matter of fact I have been following the weight watchers program for the last month. Only faltering one weekend when I went out of town and on my son's first birthday i did eat a small piece of cake, but that is it! I go to the gym on Mon., Tues., and Thurs. nights! I don't care if you don't believe me!!
I am trying very hard to lose weight and am not having much success. I would appreciate some helpful advice instead of so many hurtful words!!! |

Yawn to Your Sob Story |
|
|
| Enough with the sob stories. No one feels sorry for you here. You have been exposed. Now you want people to feel sorry for you because you attempted to bash Lipovarin. Your timeline doesn't add up either my friend. Why would you buy Lipovarin and then say it didn't work so then you alleged that you purchased the 3 week rapid weight loss system consisting of Lipovarin, Aquadrene and Thyrotril. So we are supposed to believe that you were so disgruntled with Lipovarin that you purchased it AGAIN only this time you got two other products with it. Not only that, you were working out 3 times a week. Oh, AND you were doing weight watchers SIMULTANEOUSLY (according to your timeline) and still no weight loss..come on. think before you post, do you think the commnuity is full of idiots here? Next you will be recommending YOUR product on your follow up post-conveniently masked as "here is a product that is now working for me"...too predictable and move your act elsewhere. |

| Hello! I have just returned from the gym from a 40 minute work out on the elliptical and thought I'd drop a line. I am glad that lipovarin works for so many people. IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME! However, I am sticking with a healthy diet and exercise and I know I will lose weight the old fashioned way= I will not give up. No more supplements of any kind for me; just sticking with healthy diet and exercise! Good luck to the rest of you guys! |
