What is your favorite exercise |

O.K. so we all know we get bored when we do the same thing day after day so what are some of the exercises you use for weight loss or just for physical activity during the day
Some things I like to do are:
biking
walking
wave jumping
belly dancing (for those of you who hate situps this is amazing)
waterslides (lots of stairs) |

LuckySmile,
I've been following you trough this forum and I really appreciate what you are doing
My favourite thing is skying. It is a complex sport putting pressure on the lower body as well as on the upper part. In one day of sky you will work almost all your muscular groups. Great and fun.
Try it out, its not so hard and you "get addicted" to it |

Hmm...
I love to do things outdoors, but the climate I live in isn't very permissible! So, when indoors, I LOVE the elliptical, stairmaster, stationary bike, and Tae Bo tapes.
Now that the weather is getting better, oudoors I love:
Swimming, Softball, Walking, Rollerblading, Waterparks, etc... |

Do you have more information on skying, or a web page I can look it up on? Just the name of it sounds fun |

| Ok one I don't love, but I love the results of is squats. Put on a good tune and see if you can go up and down the entire song, I do it with a chair so just as I touch I stand back up. Do this 3 times a week and see how quickly you see changes. |

you're right, squats suck but they work. try holding position once you've squatted down. you can really feel the burn. i've also found that combining them with lunges really do the trick. i did a ton of them the other day and my legs and butt were so sore, it hurt to sit down. both exercises are great for the thighs and behind. |

| I have a lot of trouble with my knees. Squats are out of the question. What is knee friendly, but good for thighs and buns? I do pilates, and that seems real easy. I just want some other ideas. I go hiking, but have to be careful not to take too many hills. Sometimes I feel like an old woman when my knees start hurting. I hurt them back in high school, so this is a long time thing. |

| Standing side kicks and standing kickbacks are great for your glutes and thighs. Lying abductions are also really good. |
