had trouble finding my fat pics since i got rid of most of them. this is the only one i could find, its me at around 185 pounds in april 2004.




about 165 pounds in september 2004




145 pounds in march 2005



here i am at 137 in august 2005 and this is pretty much how i look now.



not much difference, but here i am at 129 in october of 2005. only a few more pounds away from my long term goal of 125!

you know what? i keep saying i was 185 and i been so used to saying that..but i'm thinking i may have been a few pounds heavier because i remember my husband and i weighed the same and he said he was 190. my god either way i was obese! thanks for your comments

I would not say that you were obese but you look much better at 129.

Yes you can. Everybody looses weight in here. I suggest you to take a before picture while you can
I've been following everybody results in here and all had great results.

what do you guys mean by right size smoothie? and i'm 5'5" for the person who asked. thanks for the compliments! have lost over 70 pounds now. hope i can get this pic to show up, me at 118 at thanksgiving. the 2nd one is me and santa, i'm 115 in that pic. currently holding at 113.

How did you do this and how long did it take?

lost it the regular way through daily exercise, restricting calories, and trying this diet pill and that one along the way thinking it would help. which let me tell you, most diet pills are WORTHLESS! also drinking tons of water and taking green tea supplements helped. took about 18 months. still holding in the 113-115 area.
