Well, today was my first day taking Phen since my break. I have the A159 and they work great for me. I take half in the morning and half in the afternoon. The work just as good as the one's from CustomHrt. I have no complaints. I made sure to let him know in my email what imprint I was looking for. I hope ya'll can work something out.  |

| Long time lurker here, I emailed Chen and he responded that Kentucky was the only state that he could not ship to. I'm bummed!!! |

| Chen seems to be a stand up guy! I've never ordered from him but from what I have seen, he is willing to make things right. Isn't Chen a phen broker? I don't think he has anything to do with sending along the K25's - like I don't believe that he had any idea that these were inferior to the American phen. I am sure he asked for the A 159s from the doc/pharmacy and they told him, "it's the same thing as the A 159s." I'm speculating - my point is, I don't think Chen would ever intentionally try to screw people. |

And that was just the snotty little pharmacy techs, wasn't it? I tell them when they have an med they can say all the bullshit they want and even then, tell them screw off. I actually call places(i prefer eon)and if they are snotty and tell me dr.'s can't call in prescriptions, I just move on. I have to surround myself with "up with people" cheerleader types, because the phen does not do it alone.
Oh, and the fact that chen states he uses eon labs, yet sells us amide/actavis bullshit is another blatant mistruth. I had been using walgreen which uses amide/actavis for years and then I used riteaid one day and got the real eon. The blue bubble factor is way over amide and it actually worked for me. I was just a little lamb who didn't know the difference. Now I do. Now I need more. Damn doctor charging street prices and I don't have insurance. |

| Karnel is a very desired brand of anything. Is it 37.5 or blue 30's or duromine? Don't write it off just because it's manufactured not in the usa. I prefer many things not made in the usa. I hope it works for you! Happy day! |

I'm thinking the same thing and giving him the benefit of the doubt. However, I am waiting to see how he handles this situation with the ones who received this K25 phen & don't like it. Even the YG mailed out crap phen a few times, but from what I remember, he did try to do right by the people who complained. I guess we'll just have to wait & see what happens.
I posted this without checking out the other threads. I just read in the K25 thread that Chen is going to replace this K25 phen free to those who are unhappy with it. That's exactly what I wanted to hear! |

Several people who have taken both have said that the K25 Phen doesnt work as good as A159s, I'm not sure what they are doing different but the manufacturer does seem to make a difference. |

I have tried to contact him for several days and the pharmacy as well through phone and email, and I havent had any response back, we'll see if he really ends up replacing it or not. |

Chen promised me a free replacement of the 90 K25 that were sent instead of what I actually ordered, the 90 A159.
DHL tried to deliver yesterday. They left a tag saying $247 was due! Chen PROMISED no charge. I sent an e-mail and left him a phone message, but so far no response.
I wonder what is going on? It feels like I'm being jerked around! |

Update...Early this afternoon Chen called me back and said that he would contact DHL and change the $247 payment required to signature only. I asked him WHEN he would contact DHL, and he said "right now". At 5:00, I tried to pick up the package, but DHL said nobody had contactd them, and that I owed $247! This is really getting annoying! |

I emailed him and asked him what was going on and he said that he would handle it because it was supposed to be no charge. Well, I haven't heard anything since! Ya know, Sometimes I wonder what these people are thinking when they do the things they do.
I would think it would be worth more money and smarter to keep customers happy and returning and spreading the news that they are reputable instead of taking the money and running or sending fake pills and not keeping their promises .
They gotta know that the news will get out that they are shifty... just thinking out loud. |
