diets
hi guys, i am new to this and just thought i would introduce my-self and share my diet hells with you.
im a 40 yr old guy and up til 4 weeks ago i weighed in at 250+llb.
i had tried every diet and eating plan and appetite supressor out there but for one reason or another i failed. and i looked bad too.
now for someone who was a keen sportsman and a competitive swimmer in younger days this was bad, really bad.
then 4 weeks ago with my 40th rapidly approaching i took the bull by the horns and made my own diet plan.
please dont ask me to right it down because i am not finished with it yet and i am having some side effects such as sore teeth. but if i can continue with it and it continues to work i will.
any hoo! i started on this plan and by god is it working i have lost 25llb.
now there is a problem, although i am exercising aswell i am not losing any body shape or waist size which is grating me and i would appreciate any input into this, but hey the weight is coming off somewhere so it is working.
