How's everyone doing on their challenge? Keep us posted.

WELL! I have 3 more LBS to GO to meet my challenge and 8 LBS to go to meet my GOAL!!!

I have had good days and bad days! I ordered pizza this past week too one night and almost cried the next day!

I have been taking 3 Lipovarin, 2 Thyrotril, and 2 Aquadrene in the AM and then the same in the afternoon. I have all kinds of side effects but the weight was worse for me.

I count calories like mad and I eat mostly protein in the daytime if I will be out at night doing Xmas party drinking and eating. I figure a gin and tonic is 110 calories and I figure I'll have 3 during a swinging night and I'll likely eat a good 400 calories of crap....on those days I eat MOSTLY protein and total calories for the daytime don't exceed 400 calories. THAT MEANS:
400 - daytime
330 - alcohol
400 - junk at a party
TOTAL - 1130ish

THAT'S how I've survived the season so far.

SO....I am very pleased and look forward to making it to 130 by the the NEW YEAR!

GOOD LUCK TO ALL! Hopefully my little strategy helps! EXPECT TO EAT JUNK...just eat less! YOU CAN make it work!! Don't beat yourselves up about it and if you hop on the scale and AT LEAST stay the same.....it's better than gaining!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Hi Everyone,
Were getting closer & closer to Xmas & New Years!!!!! Yesterday at work one of our clients sent us a basket of cookies. They look so good & smelled great. But I didn't have one. I had a apple instead. I was so proud of myself. I'm baking cookies for Xmas so I might just have one. I have to try them right. Well I weighed in at 175lb. Laughing 3 more to go for my challenge.

Lipotestor- Wow you are doing wonderful. It looks like your going to meet your challenge. It does feel good to lose the weight. That is what's making me strong. I know I'm going to feel a lot better about myself.

Merry Christmas!!!

Hi McGrath- Your doing pretty good yourself!! Yesterday I baked cookies & yes I eat about 5 cookies. Each had 110 calories. I felt bad but so I got on my elliptical machine 45min burning 750 calories. So that made me feel better. I think sometimes you can eat want you want but only once a week & you have to exercise.

Hi Everyone!!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!!! Well I did pretty good on Christmas Eve but Christmas Day not so good. I eat everything I shouldn't of. I started off with a couple of tamales & we all know that's extremely fating but so good. From then on I just went downhill. We went to a lot of different houses to visit family so everytime we went somewhere new we eat. I weighed in at 178 I can't believe I gained three pounds. I hoping it's water weight. I have family visting from out of state so I think for the rest of the year its going to be hard. So it doesn't look like I going to meet my challenge. I still can't believe I gained back three pounds that quick. Crying or Very sad
Good Luck to you all!!
