| I decided to just enjoy Christmas and deal with the consequences in January. It's not everyday that I'll eat this way. I'm just not anxious to see what the scale will say. January 2 all junk is out of the house and I'll keep on the road to losing weight. |

Hi ALL!
Well I let it ALL hang out over Christmas and also gained.
I gained 3 so I am 6 lbs away from my goal....BOO!
SO...tonight I am taking my girls out to eat and I am having NACHOS!!! YUMMY!
Tonight I think I will forego partying and ring in the New Year with a good night's sleep. I started 2005 in a fight with my husband....divorced him in the same year SO why not let this year slide out in peace.
TO NEW BEGINNINGS!
Besides then I can wake up and WORK OUT!
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU!!
See you next year......

Last year at New Year's, I weighed 152. I made a resolution to get to 130 or less in a year (it comes off pretty slow). This year at new year's, I weighed 117! YAY!! So my advice to others is to stick with it, but don't freak out about the small things. Every once in a while, reward yourself with lowfat desserts (there are some really good weight watcher brand ice creams)mmmm GOOD LUCK!! |
