I really gained weight since I quit smoking, 5 years ago. It just slowing made it's way. Then last year I had a baby boy. I really want to start a healthy way of eating & exercising but I don't want to expect anything too fast because I want it to be a permanent & healthy weight loss. ANY SUGGESTIONS....? Thanks alot.
