hi there, i started on tenuate dospan last thursday i got the medication from a private medical slimming clinic, along with some diet advise, i was told to take the medication midmorning, and if i had any trouble sleeping to take earlier, i feel good at the moment and in such a short time ive lost 7lbs but i have atleast 5 stone to lose so thats probably why. theres good and bad feedback about the this medication, my advice to you would be to google the info and jump to your own conclusions, what i will say thou is that so far so good with me, drawbacks are they have made my will to eat zero and im having to remember to eat something, im also following high protien diet so im in ketosis and ive had masses of energy so im powerwalking on the run machine 60 mins a night... ive taken phentamine and duramine in the past and would consider tenuate dospan easier to take as with the other medication i felt very jittery and thought they where alot more mind altering and made me feel depressed.. with these i have no need to graze through out the day or nibble, and they dont make me feel either jittery or depressed... i was given the slow release 75mg dose just one tablet per day, i think tenuate are 3 x 25mg before meal times, so i think the slow release are alot easier, info on the net suggests the same... good luck and hope this helped..Smile

I'm just getting into losing the weight. due to my recent removal of pituitary tumor. Are these safe for someone like that?
