I am considering trying Lipovarin, but am wondering if anyone knows if the pills come with a suggested diet plan? For example, is it low carb, counting calories and fat intake, or some other off the wall plan like eating some special soup or a grapefruit once a day. I'd like to lose 10-15lbs before the Holidays (within about 3-5 weeks) I know that seems unrealistic, but I'm determined to do it. But I don't want to blindly buy a product without some sort of supplemental information.
