Diet and Exercise are key to weight loss. Then look to vitamins, water and supplements. Focus on fiber, protein and veggies. Try to eat low carbs. Not no carbs but a lower amount and have milk for calcium.

Moderate weight loss is best.

If it took X amount of years to gain X amount of pounds. Shouldn't weight loss be moderate and consistent, not quick.

true - it just happens to go on much easier than it comes off! Smile
