hi! i was reading your post and the thing that helped me most was figuring out exactly how many calories i need to lose weight and also how to adjust them when i hit a plateau. i have spent a lot of time reading articles and trying diets, but the thing that i think helped me the most is a software program that i bought. it calculates your calorie intake and you can create a meal plan that is customized to fit your needs-not someone else's. it's really easy and i think it is the best weightloss product that i have spent my money on. i have only had it for about 2 weeks and i can tell a difference already. here's the link if you want to try it out. mealplans101.com you might have to copy and paste it into your address bar. hope i helped you! let me know how it goes!

There is a ton of information available on this site. You should really research first and then post a more specific question.

What is your end goal?
How much weight do you want to lose and how quickly?
Are you a vegitarian?
What do you currently eat daily?
What is your activity level?

There's a lot of data left out to really understand how best to help you.

Do you want to do it totally naturally or with the help of diet pills?

Loosing weight the healthy way has many variables according to how your body reacts to input. Here is one example, the starvation mode:

Every body needs specific nutrients in order to operate and function efficiently as it is designed to do. There is some good advice here. I thought I'd share what I did to lose weight. Firstly I cut down on the carbs that I was eating and also made sure that when I wanted to snack, I didn't eat the high-calorie unhealthy snacks. I was just sensible. The bottom line is to be sensible about what you eat. Also, drink alot of water. That's very important. And lastly what really helped me lose all those lbs was to make sure I didn't miss breakfast and I basically had the protein shakes. They work really well for me. dont go for those centres OR TAKE ANY TYPE OF DIET PILLS.. not everyone are able to get something out of there and some times or most have rebounds and turning even fatter and danger.. and ITS NOT HEALTHY!!

The first part of losing weight is becoming mentally prepared for it. If you want it, you can do anything. Stay focused, keep track of your results, and you will succeed with any program. Good luck, I know you can do it!

Hello you can start using

Herbal Teas

To make a cup of herbal tea, for drinking or as a face wash, boil 10 ounces of water. Prewarm the pot you are going to use and put in 1 tbsp. or less of dried herbs or a large pinch of fresh herbs and pour the boiling water over them. Add honey or lemon if you like. Cover and steep to taste, 3 to 5 minutes. Strain and drink.

Here are a few herbal tea recipes to help you get started:

Cranberry Orange Ice Tea 2 cups boiling water

6 cranberry herb tea bags

1/4 cup lemon juice

9 packets (or 1 tablespoon bulk) Sweet’N Low granulated sugar substitute

2-1/2 cups cold water

1-1/2 cups orange juice 1. In a large pitcher, pour the boiling water over the tea bags. Steep 5 minutes; remove the tea bags and discard.

2. Stir in the lemon juice and Sweet’N Low until the Sweet’N Low dissolves. Mix in the cold water and orange juice.

3. Refrigerate until well chilled.

4. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Makes 6 cups.

Per Serving (1 cup): 40 calories, 1 g protein, 9 g carbohydrate, 1 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 10 mg sodium

Triple Berry

4 oz. of ice

6 oz. raspberry iced tea

2 oz. cranberry juice

1 oz. blackberry syrup Combine ice, iced tea, juice and blackberry syrup in a cocktail shaker or a jar with a lid. Shake until cold and frothy. Pour into an iced tea glass.

Green Banana Iced Tea

1 cup Green Tea

1 cup Banana Pineapple Nectar

Ice cubes Place one tea bag of Green Tea into an 8 oz. cup. Pour approximately 2 oz. (1/4 cup) boiling water into cup and steep for 4 to 6 minutes. Remove tea bag and fill cup to top with cold water. Mix with banana pineapple nectar and ice
