ok ill start with tuna or salmon dip
ingredients
1 small can of tuna or salmon in spring water
125gr cream cheese
1 small onion
1 drop of lemonjuice (if u put more than this it will wreck the dip)
this is 2 protiens and 4.5 carbs
mix all ingredients together and mix well with betta or wisk makes alot of dip it lasts me 4-5 snacks and thats being greedy!
eat with carrot(4 med carrots is 4 carbs) or celery (one stalk 2 carbs)
veggie bake
ingredients
45 gr zucinni
35.gr spinach
30 gr cabbage
50 gr cauliflower
50 gr beans
this is 10 carbs!
steam veggies in your microwave for around 6-7 mins
then get a cheese sauce mix (read the lable you can get one thats about 3-4 carbs) mix it in a cup with 350 mils of boiled water and then ad tuna IN SPRING WATER (1 protien)(tuna is optional) once this is mixed then pour over the veggies and microwave for another 2 mins
now u may change the recipe just stick to 5 vegies NOT corn and not potato (100 gr = 17 carbs potato) and use half a cup to 1 cup depending on the veggies
i will post later some of the bad fruits and a carb and protien chart.
i will try post more here every couple of days hope u like these to start with
