Trimspa side effects

I just started taking Trimspa and I have had EXTREME gas pains (so much that I cried from the pain) along with diarreah. What the hell did I waste my money on this for??? Does this happen to anyone else?

I don't know what is in trimspa but it sounds to me like you are sensitive to high levels of stimulants. I personally have this reaction to high levels of caffine.

HEY,

first day on trimspa, 4 tablets in total. has any one felt achey or tingily? i dont drink coffee so maybe im not use to it but im a bit worried. cant fing anyone who has had similar side effects?might be unrelated but im convincing myself im in trouble ! is trim spa safe? please help. cant sleep!

I took TrimSpa for two weeks and I had a bunch of side effects. It did curb my appetite, but that was because I had diarrhea, nausea & bloating. I stopped taking it to see if it was just a bug I had and not from the tablets and I miraculously felt better that day. For me it was a waste of money, because I'm not going to take it again just to feel like crap 24/7.
