please answer! stopped taking it but i want it to work!

i stopped taking it as i didnt sleep til 6.30 and worried all night., had tingily lips? had no tingles today. i really want it to work but too scared to take it, has anyone had similar symtoms to put my mind at rest? im hoping its just because i just started? perhaps im taking too many too soon? i took 4 pills and im only 5ft with about 15 pounds too loose? also i dont normally take in caffine? can anyone help as im desperate too take it and see results!

I have never taken trim spa but with any stimulant based weight loss pills the general recomendation is to start with one and work your way up to full dosage, esspecially if you are not used to caffine. You may be sensitive to stimulants in general, in that case this is not a good pill for you to be on. Try the best diet supplement invented, you already know what it is, it is the cheapest supplement around, and side effects are part of your daily life anyhow. It's water make sure you are getting enough.

thanks for answering, will be drinking lots of water, might leave it a few days and try just one, if i tingle again then thats it, i'll throw my tablets and money down the drain! better safe than sorry i guess.

I used Trimspa forever! It made me jittery n restless, but when I went to sleep and woke up I felt like crap... AND I didn't lose a single pound, yeh it sucked for me
